Google reCaptcha

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Nieuwsbrief / Newsletter

Uw gegevens
De nieuwsbrief wordt verstuurd op basis van de registratie van de gebruiker op de website of per e-mail. Op onze website is er de mogelijkheid om u te abonneren op een gratis nieuwsbrief. Hiervoor zijn het e-mailadres, de voornaam en de achternaam van de gebruiker nodig bij de inschrijving voor de nieuwsbrief.
Voor de verwerking van de gegevens zal uw toestemming worden verkregen tijdens het registratieproces en zal worden verwezen naar dit privacybeleid. In verband met de gegevensverwerking voor de verzending van nieuwsbrieven worden de gegevens niet aan derden doorgegeven. Rechtsgrondslag voor gegevensverwerking

Duur van de opslag
De gegevens worden gewist zodra ze niet meer nodig zijn voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld. Het e-mailadres van de gebruiker wordt dus opgeslagen zolang het abonnement op de nieuwsbrief actief is. 

Mogelijkheid tot bezwaar en verwijdering
Het abonnement op de nieuwsbrief kan te allen tijde door de betrokken gebruiker worden opgezegd. Hiervoor is in elke nieuwsbrief een overeenkomstige link opgenomen.
